A big thank you to Paul and his family and Keith for hosting this showcase meet.
A lovely lunch was provided.
On arrival a copy of the afternoon program was given to each member listing the various artists and genre of music we would hear let it be on CD or on vinyl.
Paul’s system consisted of a modified cd player, plus the Triangle Art turntable playing the Dave Gilmore ‘Live in Gdańsk’.
It delivered a very pleasing natural (lifelike) reproduction through the open baffle speakers.
They gave a wide sound stage with ease, openness and speed provided by the ESS Heil Air Motion drivers.
This was well supported through Keith’s various interconnects and power cables.
I’m sure all members who attended had a very enjoyable afternoon.
